You are invited to be part of our 4th Annual Pacific Raceways Invitational. There are many opportunities to choose from. I am sure there is a sponsorship package that will suit your company!

Let me tell you about the event, this is the 4th year where Vintage cars, Sports cars, Open Wheel racecars, Late Model cars, and Stock Car race in their respective classes. We added an OktoberFast in 2022 with seasonal food and beers at our concession stand. Besides the racing itself, there will be car shows, socials, a dinner for all participants, pace car rides, and a Kids Corral and vendor row at the event. 

To move this event up the ranks we have some sponsor packages available. All artwork to be supplied by sponsor, signs will be up all year at Pacific Raceways, and you will have the option to continue signage through the coming years at designated locations.

♦   World Championship Sponsorship    $20,000.00

       This package is the Title Sponsor of the event. With this your company will receive:

    • 25  Spectator Gate Passes.
    • 4 Tickets for Saturday night Participant Social & Dinner.
    • A Vendor spot for your company.
    • A full-page ad in Even Program.
    • Announcements at the event, 5 a day, both Saturday and Sunday.
    • Website logo with link to your company
    • Social media, newsletter, and email blasts.
    • An entry road Billboard Sign, to be up all year at Pacific Raceways.

♦   Series Champion Sponsorship    $10,000.00

       This Package includes the Sponsor for the Saturday Night Participants Social and Dinner.

    • 20 Spectator Gate Passes.
    • 4 Tickets for Saturday night Participant Social & Dinner.
    • A Vendor spot for your company at event.
    • 1/2 page ad in the Event Program.
    • Announcements at the event, 3 a day, both Saturday and Sunday.
    • Social media, newsletter, and email blasts.
  • A track barrier wall sign, to be up all year at Pacific Raceways.

♦   Event Champion Sponsorship    $7500.00

      This package includes:

    • 15 Spectator Gate Passes.
    • 2 Tickets for Saturday night Participant Social & Dinner.
    • 1/2 page ad in the Event Program.
    • Announcements at the event, 3 a day, both Saturday and Sunday.
    • Social media and email blasts.
    • Track fence line sign.

♦  Class Champion Sponsorship    $5,000.00

    This package includes:

    • 10 Spectator Gate Passes.

  • Friends of the Pacific Raceways Invitational: A line listing in the Event Program (your company name or your name)    $25.00
  • Pacific Raceways Invitational is also looking for donations of logo items such as jackets, sweatshirts, t-shirts, bags, and baskets to be raffled/auctioned off at Saturday evening dinner. Any goodie bag items are appreciated with your company logo to hand out during event looking for quantities of 200 of single item, could be notepads, pens, decals, etc.
