The Pacific Raceways Invitational is still in its infancy holding its 4th Annual event in 2024. An excellent way to increase foot traffic (spectators) at our event is to bring in our local vendors. In addition to the spectators there are hundreds of drivers, crew, families and volunteers that make our event happen.
Being a vendor at the Pacific Raceways Invitational is a great way to market your products and/or services on Vendor Row. Our vendor spaces in 2024 are $10 with 2 admission. after acceptance, (or free for our returning vendors) for the entire event weekend, with sizes totally up to you (with approval) We cannot provide tent set-ups, or table/chair rental but the space is based on your needs. Venor row will be relocated in 2024 to a new area with more foot traffic.
Our event is Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Set up can start on Friday morning at 10AM. All vendors must be set up and ready for spectators on Saturday at 9:00 AM, when our gates open to the public, if you can only make one day the best choice is Saturday. Vendors are asked to stay until the end of day, the last race, which usually ends between 5:00 and 5:15PM.
Please note the vendor registration deadline is October 1.
